Return and Exchange Policy & Instructions

KRUSH SHAPEWEAR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Krush Shapewear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and liners attached.

3. For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.

4. We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange only.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

6. Facial compression garments and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality standards or return window.
